Source: Rostelecom cuts guidance for 10 bln rbl bonds to 8.4–8.5%
MOSCOW, Mar 26 (PRIME) -- Russian state-controlled telecom operator Rostelecom has reduced the coupon guidance for a 10 billion ruble issue of 10-year exchange bonds to 8.4–8.5% annually from 8.6–8.7%, a banking source told PRIME on Tuesday.
The new guidance corresponds to a yield to put of 8.58–8.68% annually against 8.78–8.89%.
The bonds will carry semi-annual coupons and an offer option in three years after the placement, which is preliminarily scheduled for April 3.
Gazprombank, Rosbank, Sberbank CIB, and VTB Capital are acting as organizers.
